UK Used Car Sales Hit 7.9 Million in 2018

A total of 7,945,040 used cars were sold in 2018, with the Ford Fiesta topping the charts. That’s according to figures released by the Society of Manufacturers and Traders SMMT), which sourced ownership data from the DVLA.
